I’ve been taking private yoga infused movement classes designed by Vicki for three years following cancer surgery on my leg. I was very fit before surgery, and after it, I was impatient and frustrated with myself. Vicki supported my recovery with positive encouragement and workouts that helped rebuild my confidence. The work we did together was a high spot in the weeks and months following the operation. Vicki creates individualized lessons for each client with their specific needs in mind. She will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.
Her unique understanding of training modalities allows her to work around whatever concerns you may have. I now see her twice a week, and the benefit has been incredible. I leave her class feeling better than when I arrived. The work has genuinely improved my quality of life.

I’ve enjoyed yoga classes with Vicki since 2017 and can’t imagine my life without her and yoga in it.
